My fellow Americans, I am reaching out at a time when I need your support the most. As you probably know, I’m facing federal criminal charges related to the disturbance at our Capitol on January 6th 2021. First and foremost, I would like to address the false narrative placed on me by the “fake news” media. My lawyers advised me not to discuss the specifics of what occurred on January 6th, but I promise you that I was not involved in any violence or destruction of federal property. I’m currently facing four federal misdemeanor charges. No felonies as the fake news and social media has reported. Further, I have never been involved with, agreed with, provoked, incited, or encouraged any political violence. I am a true American patriot who strongly believes in the Constitution and the conservative principles our Country was found upon. Those who know me personally, will all vouch for me and my allegiance to our great Nation and my respect to our men and woman in the military and law enforcement. When I began using my social media platforms to share my political opinions, my sole purpose was to provide factual information and educate uninformed Americans of their Constitutional rights. Over the years I have been attacked and experienced first-hand how the media and big tech companies have abused their power in efforts to silence and destroy me personally and professionally. I have faced a tremendous amount of hate and backlash for exercising my Constitutional rights and encouraging other small business owners and law-abiding citizens to do the same. As a small business owner, I took it upon myself in my hometown to pioneer the Re-Opening of America.

On May 1st, 2020 I reopened my business and led the way to guide and encourage other business owners how to safely open their businesses. In doing so, the media slammed me with negative press.As a result, my family, friends, staff, and team members had to endure multiple death threats, violent acts, slander, vandalism, and much stress for being advocates of our freedom. After my current federal charges were made public, I decided to step down from my management position because of the daily harassment my staff and I were getting from the media and others being labeling me as a “domestic terrorist.”

On January 6th 2021, I attended my first political rally to support President, Donald J. Trump. While the vast majority of people were peaceful, there were some individuals who acted violently against law enforcement-I was not one of them. I fully support our law enforcement, first responders, firefighters, and military and condemn this behavior. While I now have four misdemeanors, it’s conceivable that new or more serious charges could be added. To protect my liberty, I had to hire experienced defense counsel and need your help paying their legal fees and costs. All money that is donated will go towards their efforts to defend me. If somehow there are additional funds remaining after the legal fees and costs are paid, the money will be

evenly donated to the Law Enforcement Officers Relief Fund and the Wounded Warrior Project. I want to personally thank all of you for your ongoing support through these difficult times. I am forever grateful and appreciative of every one of you. God Bless America!
